R3 - Youth Program
The primary goal of the program is to equip youth with the soft skills (those behaviors that are more social than technical) that are critical to promoting protective factors and reducing risk factors as they relate to promoting positive relationships resulting in developing a strong, vibrant workforce, positive self-image, home life, and community.
