WOMEN PROGRAM

The Foundation Academy LLC's Women in the Global Marketplace (WGM) Program is designed to address the economic disparity of low-income women by offering a workforce development program that integrates a soft skills curriculum that will empower them to meet their basic needs, access economic opportunity, build strong families and communities, and move toward economic sustainability and prosperity.

LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

We are excited to offer the Professional Leadership Series - leaders will develop the soft skills they need and/or refresh the soft skills they possess so that they can help to bring out the abilities of others. The target audience includes entrepreneurs, employers, and aspiring leaders. Five essential soft skills will be explored extensively in this program.

TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS PROGRAM

The Foundation Academy LLC integrates current soft skills research and the skills to pay the bills curriculum, in this program. To teach teens and young adults the importance and perception of soft skills, and why they are important for self-empowerment, career and organizational success.
