Facilitated by professionals stemming from a melting pot of industries, each class/workshop, totaling a length of 3 hours, provides a wealth of beneficial, pivotal, and useful knowledge that each participant will be able to apply to their personal, professional, and financial goals. We are also happy to design a customized program that will meet the needs of private individuals, groups, organizations, and/or corporate teams, assisting with their current and future development needs. Emotional Intelligence Part 1
Learn how Emotional Intelligence (EI) will assist the leader in you to identify, understand, manage, and use your own emotions in positive ways when working with others.

In this session, participants will learn how to apply, and polish EI tools to positively influence others at home, in your community, and in your workplace.
Problem-Solving
Discover the five steps essential for generating and implementing effective solutions.
Communication
In this session, attendees will learn how to speak clearly, concisely, and completely. They will also learn why effective communication is important to build trust, gain confidence, and strengthen relationships among professionals from different generations and ethnic groups.
Conflict Resolution
During this session participants will discuss effective conflict resolution strategies for employee and
organizational success.
Collaboration/Teamwork
During this session we will define collaboration and teamwork skills, discuss their values, outline the conditions that must exist for teams to work collaboratively and provide participants with tools to effectively lead a team, build team rapport, and motivate and appreciate team members.
Culture Competence/Diversity Equity and Inclusion
Participants will learn the cognitive, affective, and behavioral skills that lead to understanding the values, attitudes, traditions, and beliefs that differ across cultures and develop meaningful professional relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds.
