The Foundation Academy Story
The Foundation Academy, LLC (TFA) is answering the call of employers across many industries, to provide soft skill trainings and programs, designed to meet 21st Century workplace needs. Our affiliated facilitators are credentialed with a combined 120 years of experience within the education, healthcare, business, government, counseling, career-readiness, and training/development realms. TFA is committed to workforce development, teaching a soft skills curriculum that has proven results of self-empowerment,
job attainment, promotion within careers, job satisfaction, increased profitability, as well as organizational success.

In a rapidly changing economy, employers are seeking employees who possess a wide range of soft skills. Soft skills are a set
of personal attributes that refer to how individuals behave, communicate, and interact with one other in a positive manner.
Soft skills set a foundation that serves as a popular and critical competency for success in any industry. Over 90% of
organizations are redesigning roles, marrying said roles with soft skills (e.g., communication, collaboration,
professionalism, leadership, ethics, accountability, customer service, and others).

Studies show that job seekers who have the soft skills employers require, are the ones likely to get hired! Employees who possess a vast set of soft skills are promoted more quickly than those who do not. Additionally, it is proven that soft skills impact every element of one's life (e.g., spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, social, vocational, educational, and financial). When properly applied,
these skills will change the trajectory of your career, enrich your life, and those connected to you.

TFA is proud to announce that since 2022, we have formed relationships with nearly 400 clients, in addition to 38 businesses and organizations across several industries. The success of our programs relies on our team's ability to work compassionately and collaboratively with said individuals and entities, to foster better relationships, and increased productivity that leads to individual and
organizational success. The Foundation Academy, LLC takes pride in partnering with individuals, businesses, and industry leaders/professionals who are compassionate about supporting low-income, underserved, and marginalized community members. We collectively achieve this by helping the community with personal and professional development, reaching their potential, while obtaining personal and professional goals.
