"Helping Other People Excel"
At TFA, we offer programs and services for the underserved, individuals classed as low-income, those unemployed, youth ages 13+, adults, professionals, and marginalized groups (e.g., incarceration, battered women, etc.). Take a deeper dive into the audience that we serve, by clicking a category below:
The Foundation Academy's "Women in the Global Marketplace Program" (WGM) is designed to address the economic disparity of low-income women, by offering a workforce development initiative that integrates a soft skills curriculum that will empower them to meet their basic needs, access economic opportunity, build strong families and communities, moving toward economic sustainability and prosperity.
TFA is excited to offer budding leaders the "Professional Leadership Series." These leaders will develop or refresh the soft skills needed to bring out the abilities of others. The target audience ideal for this series includes entrepreneurs, employers, and aspiring leaders. Five essential soft skills will be explored extensively throughout this program.
The Foundation Academy, LLC integrates current soft skills research and the "skills to pay the bills" curriculum within these programs, designed to build a generation of future leaders. These trainings will teach teens and young adults the importance and perception of soft skills, along with why they are important for self-empowerment, career, and organizational success.
Ideal for private individuals, groups, and/or organizations, TFA works closely with potential clients, in hopes to design a customize training program that will meet their current and future professional and organizational goals.
